Kathy Eisemann

Administration

Hi. My name is Kathy Eisemann and I am Matt’s mum 1st and Stardusk Fm Administrator 2nd.. My day job (and night) is a Registered Nurse and I specialise in Paediatrics. I was about 5 years old when I decided I wanted to be a nurse.
I wanted to be a singer too but my voice only sounded good in the shower!  I started Nursing in 1986 and I had already made my mind up about what  I really wanted to do and I wanted to work with children.  I have cared for a spectrum of people varying in age and illness over my 27 year career. What I have enjoyed the most has been the interactions with many people that I have had.
There have been many laughs and sad times too, and  every experience has made me the person I am today. It has been a difficult path but it has made me the person I am today. Music and Nursing share many characteristics. Making music takes passion, dedication and skill, similar to nursing and creativity is essential in both jobs.
The interactions musicians and nurses have put us at an emotional level with each other. Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and I have seen many bands come and go.  Music, singers, bands and the Rock-jocks gave me some of the best times during my youth in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.
I have always been very grateful for the amazing technology we call a  “Radio” and I never would have dreamed of how far technology could go  and that one day, my son would own and operate his own Radio station. Stardusk Fm is Matt’s own Prophecy, self fulfilled. he had been telling me the would eventually own his own Radio.  This year, he has achieved this and I love what he has done  I believe learning and experiencing Webcasting has been a golden opportunity.  It has been a golden opportunity and I am really proud to be a part of it.

Tom O’Connor

Website Designer

Hi, My Name Is Tom O’Connor
I have been with Matt since he initially founded Stardusk Fm. In the beginning I thought it was just going to be a passing fad but when he started pushing me for a second redesign of the site (within a couple of months) I knew he wasn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
My job here has been to help Matt realise his vision for Stardusk Fm. This has been working with technologies that he wasn’t initially familiar with and I have been here to help him through the decision making process and aid in the direction of the site. This hasn’t deterred Matt at all and he has continued to push the boundaries and achieve something that I think is pretty special.
When I’m not helping out with Stardusk Fm I spend most of my time working with SharePoint and other web based technologies. Beyond that… I love long walks on the beach, gaming, have a beautiful fiancée and a super cool cat.
